What's free vs Pro?+
Free gives you the Dashboard, Countdown and Checklist forever. Pro unlocks everything else — seating, suppliers, inspiration, timeline, speech vault, music and more.
How does the 1-day free trial work?+
Enter your card to start. You get full Pro access for 24 hours. We only charge £10 if you stay past then. Cancel any time before in just 2 clicks from Settings → Cancel trial / Manage billing — no charge, no questions.
How do I cancel my trial before being charged?+
Sign in, go to Settings → Pro membership → Cancel trial / Manage billing. That opens our secure payment provider (Stripe) where you click Cancel plan. You keep Pro for the rest of your 24 hours and you will not be charged.
What happens after the trial?+
£10 is charged for one year of Pro. It renews yearly at the same price. Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing.
Can I use it on more than one device?+
Yes — your account works on 2 devices (e.g. your phone and your laptop). Signing in on a 3rd signs the oldest one out.
Can my partner have their own login?+
We recommend one shared login on both your phones — that’s what 2 devices is for. If you each want a separate login, you each need Pro.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Encrypted in transit, passwords hashed by our auth provider, your data scoped to your account by row-level security. EU-hosted. We never sell or share your data.
Can I delete my account and data?+
Yes — one click in Settings deletes your account and all linked data within 24 hours.
What if I cancel?+
You keep Pro until the end of the paid year, then revert to Free. Your planning data stays put.
